The Live Music Capital of the World® doesn't just come to life when the sun goes down. The city of Austin is dedicated to promoting live music all day, everyday! Here are some resources that not only keep the Live Music Capital of the World® ticking, but healthy as well.

ALL ATX is Austin's musician advocate. The organization is dedicated to musicians' promotion, success, and well-being.

Austin Music People (AMP) represents a community of Austin music lovers that seek to protect, preserve and perpetuate Austin's greatest resource, live music.

The City of Austin Music Division nurtures our city's music business community by enhancing the diverse culture and economic vitality of Austin music.

The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) is a non-profit organization that provides access to low-cost health coverage to Austin's local, uninsured musicians.

Black Fret is a 501(c)3 tax exempt public charity that is built upon a simple principle… that local music, like the symphony or the opera, is worthy of public support. Their mission is focused on enabling the creation and performance of new music by the exceptional musicians of our amazing city.
